UpLiving Design began in the home staging industry before expanding to offer comprehensive design services. As our business evolved, we focused on both vacation rental and residential markets, helping clients remodel, redecorate, and select the perfect colors to create memorable and comfortable spaces. We also specialize in designing spaces that photograph beautifully, ensuring your property becomes a scroll-stopper in online listings. MEET THE TEAM

Tatiana Vaphides

Owner/Designer

Most of us discovered our love of color through our first box of crayons or watercolor paints...boy did I treasure those big boxes as a kid! My A+ classes were, of course, always art-related. I just loved them! Also, I was the kid who drove my parents nuts because I wanted to redesign my room on a monthly basis. So, cheers to crayons and paint kits! The color inspirations have led me to where I am today.

As the founder and owner of UpLiving Design & Staging, I started staging homes in Erie, Colorado, over eight years ago. Since then, my business has evolved from staging to design. We have many projects sprinkled all over the Denver, Colorado area. We have recently expanded our design services to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, including Airbnb design, remodeling, and renovations.

I earned my degrees in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2004 and Interior Design & Decorating from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2006. My designers and I are Certified Home Stagers & Re-designers, and Certified Color Experts. I spent 15 years in the corporate world in outside sales and customer service, both in the model home and wireless industries. It was a worthwhile experience, yet I knew I was given the gift of art and design that I needed to share with others.

I specialize in creating a colorful interior space and re-imagining a comfortable layout for staging and design clients of all types. I have a well-trained eye for quality, timeless designs, and style. Whether it is to remodel or recreate our client's living space to rent or sell, I pride myself on excellent customer service and the ability to listen to our clients' design dreams and goals. Color and design aren't just a passion anymore, but a love language I'm now fluent in.

UpLiving's current projects include residential home remodeling and renovations in Boulder, Erie, and Littleton, Colorado, and in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. We recently completed a redesign of our family's Airbnb in El Valle, Panama. Our Colorado Home Staging team continues to rock over 100 homes year after year!

Jennifer Rose

OBX Professional Organizer

I am a Brazilian girl living on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I am a wife and mother of two wonderful kids. I am grateful to have called this beautiful place my home for the past six years. Prior to this, I lived in Dallas, Texas, where I attended college, met my husband, and had my first child. We moved here to be closer to family and to enjoy the beach life.

I have always had a lifelong passion for organizing and decluttering. I have always dreamed of turning this passion into a profession and sharing the joy of living in a tidy home with others. This dream became a reality when I joined the UpLiving team.

Recognizing the complexities of juggling responsibilities as a busy mom, wife, and business owner, all while maintaining a household where everyone expects you to locate items effortlessly, I empathize deeply. I am well aware that effective organization extends far beyond neatly folded clothes, a meticulously arranged pantry, or a closet brimming with bins. It encompasses crafting a functional living space that is attuned to the unique requirements of your family.
